A space to create and share. The fifth zone, inspired by the 5th and 10th Zodiac archetypes Leo and Aquarius. The theme of love became a space for appreciating and inspiring others. This creative hub begins by being a welcome point reception from the open zone, with lounge and meeting space. It then opens into a creative studio and co-working space allowing matierials and ideas to grow into creative designs and projects. As well as including a photography and film studio with backstage facilities for the outdoor amphitheatre. The outdoor amphitheatre serves as a meeting and seating space for family picnics on the hillside or full blown stage performances and live music. Taking inspiration from the bandstand that used to reside in balgay park, this space invites creative arts and talents to flow from the users, or the simple enjoyment of spending time together and appreciating the atmosphere.

This polarity deals with the balance between the personal and the impersonal. Leo, the 5th house rules creative self expression and the boost to the individual ego that we receive through pleasure and romance, while Aquarius, the 11th rule the group, more impersonal friendships and objectivity.  The word chosen to express this duality is Love. In astrology leo rules the heart and is symbolised by the lion which is ruler and shining creator, while aquarius are the sharers of love and appreciation for the creation. Inspired by the Greek use of amphitheatres engraved into hillsides to allow the performers to share their talents and the entertainment for those who gather around, I decided the perfect space for this Love and appreciation for the arts would be the amphitheatre space.  
Leo, passionate fire sign is not scared of the spot light. The interior space will act as a creative hub that allows creativity to flow  and a welcome lounge next to the stairwell entrance. The idea is to help users feel accepted into the community and architecture.
