Inspiration from the effects and reflections of fragmented mirror encouraged me to attempt my own mirror/projector feature
INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTION
As part of the HABLab project we all had to design and take on our own indivdual discipline contribution. As a Interior Environmental Design student, I wanted to create a space in which the user could experience a compelling environment focused on colour and make use of angled mirrors to direct and reflect light.
Creating this feature required aquiring a lot of mirror, carefully cutting the triangles, and securing them with strong glue in position on the wall. This method was time consuming but worth it as in the end worked very successfully with the installed projectors to create the desired "refracted" colour experience.
